AgriChallenge - 4th Edition

AgriChallenge is a hackathon organized by Mohammed VI Polytechnic University in partnership with the Hassan II Agronomic and Veterinary Institute. It is open to Moroccan students who wish to innovate in the agricultural field by proposing solutions to current challenges.

Timeline

Step 1

Registration

From 29 October to 28 November

To participate in the competition, fill out the online form.

Step 2

Pre-Selection of Candidates

From 29 November to 4 December
A panel of experts will select the teams with the most relevant concepts.

Step 3

Mentoring
From 1 January to 7 February
The selected teams will be guided by a mentor to continue developing their solutions.

Step 4

Hackathon
8 and 9 February
Each team will participate in various workshops and present the results of their work to a panel of experts. At the end of the two days, the jury will announce the winners of the AgriChallenge.

Relevance
Does the proposed solution address the objectives of one of the Hackathon themes ?

Feasibility of the Project
Can the proposed solution be implemented ?

Impact of the Project
Will the impact of the project on farmers' lives be significant ?

Innovation in the Project
Is the solution unique and original, or is it an adaptation of an existing solution ?

Viability of the Project
Is the project financially viable ? Do the economic benefits outweigh the costs ?
