The steps of the program

 
1. Application
 
Until February 05, February 15 2026
 
Complete the online application form and upload a project presentation outlining the solution, its innovation potential, and the team.

2. Selection
 
From March 5 to March 6th.
 
Shortlisted candidates will take part in a two-day selection bootcamp, including pitch sessions and expert evaluations.

3. Kick off
 
March 20, 2026

Selected teams officially join the program during the cohort kick-off, marking the start of the 12-month incubation and support phase.

4. Incubation
 
From March 2026 - February 2027

Teams benefit from mentoring, training, access to UM6P labs, and financial support throughout the incubation period.

5. Demo day
 
February, 2027 

Projects are showcased during Demo Day in front of experts, partners, and potential investors.

Eligibility criteria

 

UM6P PhD candidates and postdoctoral researchers with research-driven or technology-based projects

 

Availability and commitment to one year of intensive incubation for individuals aiming to build startups from innovative ideas or research outcomes

 

Student entrepreneurs, participants of ABS and UM6P executive certificate programs, are developing entrepreneurial or innovation-led projects

 

The lead founder (principal applicant) must be formally affiliated with UM6P.

 Looks at the strength, expertise, and dedication of the team to execute the project successfully
